Advanced Order Approval Process

With Magento 2 Order Approval rules, you can create a professional order approval workflow.

1. The admin creates an order approval rule with various conditions.

2. When customers add items into cart. If these items meet order approval conditions of the rule, the Order Approval at Payment Method will be available at the checkout page.

3. The admin will be notified about pending orders and decide to approve or reject them.

4. After orders are approved by the admin, customers can check the order status at My Orders and complete their orders with a proper payment method.

Magento 2 Order Approval extension enables you to create multiple order approval rules. By these rules, you can restrict suspicious purchases before approving/disapproving them by a verification process.

For each rule, you can add details of name, description and set a priority. You also can enable or disable a specific rule at anytime. More importantly, you are able to set different conditions per rule. Your rule can be applied for all products or specific products and categories.

Order approval rules are added to restrict customer orders from being processed. Orders created by using Order Approval at Payment Method will be pending and visible under Approval Queue section in Magento admin.

This Magento 2 B2B Order Approval module allows you to approve or disapprove pending orders in bulk. You can approve or reject individual or multiple orders if you want.

In the General Setting of Magento 2 Order Approval Manager, you can enable or disable the module quickly. Besides, you are able to customize a message for buyers when they order items with Order Approval. This message will be visible at the checkout page to inform customers that their order is under moderation.

At the same place, you can customize a message for guests when they add items to cart. They will have to login before placing an order.

• Oder is pending and needs an approval
