Our Backend/Magento Modules are 100% open source and under the OSL License. For single license, you can use on 1 live domain (1 installation), 1 testing/staging domain and multiple subdomain from the same backend. You also can add the license key for your localhost.

Our PWA theme/Mobile theme/Shopify theme/Other templates are 100% open source and under the OSL License. For single license, you can use on Unlimited domains, and can access to download new theme version on 1 year (or other as discussion). After license expired, you should renew the license to access download new theme files, get support for theme.

1. Can I get a refund after purchasing your products?

If our extension does not work as described on our product page and our support team can't/ reject to fix it, we’ll return your money.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Hence you can get your money back within 30 days from the day you purchased the product.

All refund requests after 30 days since the purchase date will be not accepted.

2. I purchased two extensions in one order. Can I get a refund for one of them?

In this case, it is possible for you to get a refund for one of the items you purchased.

Unless it is not over 30 days since your purchase date and meets our refund policy.

3. Can I request a refund for the installation/ customization/ support service?

The fee that you paid for the installation/customization/support service is the amount of time that we spend on serving you; hence it can not be refunded.

We also need to ensure that our employees are paid properly for the work they have done.

If you are not satisfied with our installation/customization/support service, please contact our Sales Manager at [email protected]. We will replace a new technical supporter for you to serve you better.

4. I purchased over 30 days but I haven’t yet used your extension. Can I get a refund?

We are so sorry to say that we cannot give you a refund in this case.

Because it’s against our policy and we can't break the rule. Moreover, if you get any issues, we will provide you the best support.

5. Can I get a refund in case Landofcoder's module conflicts with the other third-party modules?

If the customer installs any other extension that conflicts with our module, it would be a part of customization. We guarantee the bug-free extension from our side, but we can't assure the same for any third-party extensions.

Therefore, you can not ask for a refund in this case of conflicts. However, our technical team will discuss and try to give you the most suitable solution.

6. In which circumstance, I can't get the refund?If you fall into one or more of the below, we're sorry: you are NOT eligible for a Refund:

  • Purchase wrong products; So please read the product details and also check the DEMO very carefully before purchasing.
  • Simply don't like to use the product;
  • Purchase products to evaluate only;
  • Face coding conflicts caused by 3rd-party extensions/themes;
  • Have never asked for support when products do not work, or fail to provide us with information to check the issue.
  • Refund is requested after 30 days since the product purchase;

7. Where can I send my refund request?

To request a refund, please remove/uninstall all copies of our products from your server and confirm it with a screenshot attached in your email to [email protected]. The refund process will take up to 7 business days after we receive your request.

When you purchase our product and services, 6 month free support is included. You will get fast support for:

  • Any questions related to our products
  • Any bug/error need to be fixed to ensure the products work well in your site like our demo

In case you need support for free items or customization, please notice that

  • Customizing any product to fit your own needs will require some fee (basically $20/hour). We recommend you send email request to our email or submit through our customization page
  • For free items, we also offer the relevant support service

Please notice that the privacy policy maybe change in the future. When there is any changes we will post it on this page or if the changes is important we will show you notification.

After purchasing our paid products, customers can get free lifetime updates and a 6-month period of free support. This free support period will be calculated from the time of the purchase.

We ONLY support issues related to module function. If you face any issue, you can submit a ticket on our ticket system ( Submited issues in tickets should be clear and detailed with screenshots. Each ticket should include issues related only one product so that we can assign to our dev easily. In the case your ticket doesn't meet these requirements, we can refuse to resolve it. Also, your order id, ssh/fpt account and admin account for access will be required in the ticket if needed.

On the other hand, all approved tickets will be checked and replied within 2 business days. Also, if your ticket is submitted on our weekends, please understand that it will be processed on the next Monday.

Our live chat support also available to help you pre sale questions or general issues during our business hours. We work from Monday to Friday, from 8.10 a.m to 5.30 p.m (except 1,5 hour for lunch) at GMT +7.

If you want to request extended support, please purchase one of our extended support packages.

Free products will not include free support service. To request support service for these extensions, you can choose any from our support package.

Support Extensions will include:

  • Install the module
  • Integrate into the site containing the custom theme
  • Fix simple bugs/errors of the module directly on the site

Note: For other requirements related to function or integration into custom theme, the ticket can be replied later than usual because these issues take more time and effort to resolve. So, please understand.

If your issues consume fixing time, we will estimate the time to fix on local or release a new version with updates.

Support Extensions will NOT cover:

  • Extensions customization;
  • Website customization
  • Third-party developers consultation;
  • Product version update with different module or theme;
  • Error correction caused during buyer software upgrade;

Moreover, support DOES NOT include creating new features or new design styles. Also, apart from included support services, other requirements will be considered as customization. In these cases, customers need to send full requirements for custom work. Requests for custom work should be sent to [email protected]. Then, we'll check and send you the estimated time & cost.

Support Themes will include configuring and fixing bugs related to the theme. Customers will be supported during installation. Like extensions, requests for quick installation will be charged.

Note: We only support free installation for our premium extensions. Free installation support will be accepted for the first-time installation. For reinstallation, we will charge it as a custom work ($55). Customers also can request for quick installation ($55) via live chat, ticket or email.

If we find out a solution to your issue, we will send it to you instantly. In the case we cannot find out a solution to your issue, we will refuse to resolve it.
