After your affiliates earn commission from new orders or new registrations, they can go to My Affiliate Account -> Commission to check what they have. Here, Magento 2 Affiliate to Store Credit extension supports them to convert their available commission into credits manually. They can check the convert rate and click on the button Convert Commission To Store Credit to get more credits for further purchases.

From the customer dashboard, they can check all credit transactions at My Credit. Here, they can know details of a transaction including date, transaction type, description, amount and balance.
