I installed this module on Magento 2.2.4 and Im not able to make it work.

How should I do that, ideally the extensions work just b installation. And here the ladofcoder team is asking for 80USD to fix the problem then what's the meaning of the free extension.

I installed Mageplaza extension and those guys helped to resolve the error without creating unnecessary issues.

Landofcoder team responded after a week asking for money for such a small change and amount is 80 USD.
